This event is used by the trustee to file a withdrawal of the "Trustee Services Rendered Pursuant to 330(e)" event.  The event assigns a document number, but does not include an associated pdf. 

The event is filed by the trustee to certify that the trustee has performed the duties necessary to be eligible to receive payment for services rendered for chapter 7 cases assigned. The event assigns a document number, but does not include an associated pdf.

Electronic Filing of Reaffirmation Agreements 

• Parties may file Reaffirmation Agreements electronically. A login/password is not required. 
• This system should only be used by Creditor or Attorney filers.
• All motions to approve reaffirmation agreements and the reaffirmation agreements must be filed as separate documents.
• DO NOT attempt to file a motion through eReaf, instead file the motion through CM/ECF
• The Official Form and Cover Sheet must be attached as a single PDF. 

Instructions for e-filing a Reaffirmation Agreement

A filer may make a debtor’s installment payment online.
The “Payment through Internet (Installment)” event will allow the filer to enter the amount intended to pay for an installment and will forward the filer to the Pay.gov site to make the payment.

Incurred filing fees MUST be paid at the time of filing. Failure to submit the fees may result in the striking of or dismissal by the Court.

This report allows the filer to view and pay accumulated filing fees.

This report provides the filer with a list of internet credit card charges. Charges made from the Clerk’s office do not appear on this report.
