Chapter 12 Plan Summary

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Plan Summary - Chapter 12 from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
If needed, modify the text according to the court's procedures. Click Next.

Report of Sale

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Report of Sale from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
If needed, modify the text according to the court's procedures. Click Next.

Request to Add Address

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Request to Add Address from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
If needed, modify the text according to the court's procedures. Click Next.

Notice Fixing Last Day to File Proofs of Claims

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select File Claims from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
Enter the Proof of Claims Deadline Date. Click Next.

Notice of Intent to Abandon

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Abandonment from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
Enter what the Abandonment is regarding (ie: property, car, etc). Click Next.

Notice of Distribution of Funds

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Notice of Distribution of Funds from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
If needed, modify the text according to the court's procedures. Click Next.

Notice of Trustee's Intent to Claim Certain Assets

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Notice of Assets from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.
If needed, modify the text according to the court's procedures. Click Next.

Interim Report

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Chapter 7 Interim Rpt and Applications for Compensation from the event list. Click Next.
Click Next to skip "Select any additional attorney(s)" screen. Click "OK" regarding the "Note: you have not selected an attorney" message.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.

Intent to Sell

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Intent to Sell from the event list. Click Next.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
Select Browse to attach the pdf file. Click Next.

Chapter 7 Trustee's Final Report/Application for Compensation

Select Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee.
Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx). Click Next.
Select Chapter 7 Final Report-Asset/Aplc Compensation from the event list. Click Next.
Click Next to skip "Select any additional attorney(s)" screen. Click "OK" regarding the "Note: you have not selected an attorney" message.
Select the Party filer. Click Next.
