The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska and offices of the Clerk in Omaha and Lincoln will remain open for regular business during the federal government shutdown. Hearings and trials will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise noticed in a specific case or hearing. Electronic filing through CM/ECF remains available for registered users.
