Review Docketing Standards for Evidence before filing a Declaration or Evidence.

Please review the following DeBN Information pdf regarding how this event works:

1. Select Bankruptcy > Other
2. Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx).  Click Next.
3. Select Chapter 13 Statement of Monthly Income 122C-1 from the event list.  Click Next.
4. Click Next to skip the Joint Filing Screen.
5. Select the Party filer.  Click Next.
   • If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.

1. Select Bankruptcy > Other
2. Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx).  Click Next.
3. Select Chapter 13 Calculation of Disposable Income 122C-2 from the event list.  Click Next.
4. Click Next to skip the Joint Filing Screen.
5. Select the Party filer.  Click Next.
   • If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.

4. Click Next to skip the Joint Filing Screen.

The Chapter 7 Statement of Exemption from Presumption of Abuse Form 122A-1Supp is to be filed with the Chapter 7 Statement of Your Current Monthly Income (Official Form 122A-1), if there is an exemption from a presumption of abuse.

1. Select Bankruptcy > Other
2. Enter Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx).  Click Next.
3. Select Chapter 7 Statements - Monthly Income (122A-1)/Exemption Presumption of Abuse (122A-1Supp) from the event list.  Click Next.
4. Click Next to skip the Joint Filing Screen.
5. Select the Party filer.  Click Next.
   • If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.

1. Select Bankruptcy > Other

3. Select Certificate Regarding Chapter 13 Discharge from the event list.  Click Next.
4. Click Next to skip the Joint Filing Screen.
5. Select the Party filer.  Click Next.
   • If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
