The Court Services Office has received reports that creditors in bankruptcy cases are being contacted by an entity known as "Public Digital" offering to file proofs of claim for a fee through a "Claims Filing Service Alert". This appears to be a misleading solicitation. Creditors may file a proof of claim free of charge directly through the E-Filing Claims (ePOC) filing module available on the court's public website.
