This error occurs when a non-registered CM/ECF attorney signs a document and then files the document on CM/ECF with another attorney’s CM/ECF login and password.

When this error occurs, a Case Administrator will issue a "Deficiency Notice" stating, "The electronic signature on the document does not match the name of the electronic filer. The document is stricken and will need to be refiled electronically with the respective electronic signature or submitted by the non-ecf filer. The electronic filer must notify the non-registered participant of this deficiency. See Neb. R. Bankr. P. 9011-1."
