This error occurs when the wrong pdf has been attached to a docket entry.

When this error occurs, a Case Administrator of the Bankruptcy Court will issue a Deficiency Notice stating that, "This document will be deemed stricken within 14 days (unless otherwise noted below) from the date of this notice unless an amended document*is filed correcting the deficiency or a request for hearing is filed disputing the deficiency.

SOLUTION:
Make sure that when you create or attach a pdf in CM/ECF, that you open and view the document before it is attached and filed on the system.

How to browse and attached a PDF:

1. Click the Choose File button.
2. Search your network and find the pdf document you want to attach.
3. Place the arrow with your mouse over your pdf document file name, right-click the mouse and select open from the drop-down menu.  NOTE:  This will launch Adobe Acrobat that will display your pdf document.
4. Verify that the pdf document is correct.
5. Close or minimize the Adobe application.
6. Click Open on the "File Upload Dialogue box."

Example:

*Directions for filing an amended document − Use the original event to file your amended document. If a fee was due for the original document, the fee screen will appear. Enter Receipt #o and Fee $0.00 to indicate no fee is due. On the final text screen: (1) if a pre−text drop−down menu is available, select "Amended" from the list, (2) In the open text box at the end of your text, enter "amendment to document #(insert original document number)."
