Procedures:

1. On the CMECF toolbar select Utilities
2. Click on Mailings listed under Miscellaneous
3. Click on Mailing Matrix by Case
   1. In the Special mailing group the "Creditors who have filed claims" can be pulled, see LR5005-1(D).
      
       
4. Enter the Case Number (e.g. xx-xxxxx).  
   1. Under the section Exclude addresses of parties receiving free CM/ECF electronic notice (NEF)?
      
      1. If No is selected, parties receiving electronic notice will be on the matrix identified with a (+)
      2. If Yes is selected, parties receiving electronic notice will not be on the matrix.
5. Click Next.
6. A PDF of the matrix will populate.
   1. In the upper left corner of the pdf is the case number, office location, day, date, and the time the matrix was generated.
