The Amended Nebraska Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure took effect January 1, 2026, per General Order 26-01. The amended rules incorporate or modify certain procedures established by general order. Per General Order 26-02, previous General Orders 24-03 and 25-03 are superseded and rescinded. All General Orders are available on the General Orders page on our public website. Additionally, per the amended rules, all Nebraska Local forms in the appendices have been removed and are now available on the Nebraska Local Forms page.
