Effective December 1, 2020, Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(f)(7) extends the requirement that the clerk or someone designated by the clerk give notice to the debtor and creditors of entry of order confirming chapter 13 plan (existing requirement applied to chapter 9, 11, and 12).   The Clerk's office will enter a Notice of Order of Confirmation of Plan in Ch 13 cases, which requires the movant to provide notice to all creditors and parties in interest as required by rule or statute and file a certificate of service with the court.
