The 2026 Revised Local Rules and Memorandum – Revisions to 2026 Nebraska Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure are now available. Public comments and suggestions must be submitted via email to NEBml_LocalRulesComments@neb.uscourts.gov by no later than September 30, 2025. The revised Local Rules will be effective January 1, 2026.
