After selecting a sub-menu category such as Motions/Applications, you now have the option of finding an event by either scrolling down the list or, in the search box, type all or part of a word from the name of the event.  (See Figure below)

NOTE:  The search will begin with the first letter typed;  therefore, the search function does not accommodate the use of wildcard characters.  (See Figure below)

For example, to locate the event "Relief from Co-Debtor Stay," type "Relief" in Start typing to find an event text box.  CM/ECF will display a list of events that have a word starting with the letters entered.  (See Figure below)  

Click on the desired event "Relief from Co-Debtor Stay" to select it from the list.  (See Figure below)

The selected event will then be added to the "Selected Events" box.  Once all of the necessary events have been selected, click the Next button to continue.
