System Requirements

System requirements are minimal and inexpensive.  Minimum system requirements are:

  1. Internet access through and Internet Service Provider with access speeds of 56K or higher.
  2. Mozilla Firefox 3.5.x and 3.6 or Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher 
    *Note: Firefox 4.0 or 5.0, Netscape 6.0 and 7.0 are not compliant with the CM/ECF system.*
  3. Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher

To file documents electronically, attorneys will also need word processing and/or petition software along with Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer 4.0 or higher.  A scanner will be needed for imaging documents that do not exist in electronic format.

Many vendors will be approaching attorneys regarding equipment necessary for operating CM/ECF.  The Court does not endorse any vendor's products.
