Effective February 1, 2013, the referenced General Order will replace the current process of requesting redaction of Fed. R. Bank. P. 9037(a) information from documents on file with the Clerk.  Certain information may be redacted by filing a Notice of Redaction with the redacted document as an attachment.  

 

Any request to redact information, other than the personal identifying information described in Fed. R. Bank. P. 9037(a), shall be submitted to the Court by Motion.
