Notice of Policy on Acceptable Payment Methods

Effective May 1, 2012, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska can no longer accept cash.
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska accepts the following methods of payment to settle filing fees due:
| Payee | Acceptable Methods of Payment |
| Attorneys | Credit/Debit Card; Check |
| Debtors | Cashier’s Check; Money Order |
| Debtors-In-Possession (DIP) | Business Check with Imprinted DIP Name; Cashier’s Check; Money Order |
| Non-Debtors/Closed-Case Debtors | Credit/Debit Card; Cashier’s Check; Money Order |
NOTE: The Court cannot accept cash.
