Noticing Information

  • National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to give creditors options to specify a preferred U.S. mail, email or fax number to which notices should be sent.
  • Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN) is a free service that allows court notices to be transmitted electronically thereby reducing delivery time and postage costs associated with U.S. mail.
  • BNC Notice - Returned Mail: Effective October 15, 2012, the Judiciary's Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) contractor will begin accepting, processing and securely disposing of notices that would otherwise be returned to the bankruptcy courts by the United States Postal Services (USPS).  The service will eliminate nearly all manual processing of returned mail currently performed by court personnel and will provide timely notification to debtors' attorneys of returned notices.  Click on link for PDF to read more.
