Electronic Filing of Request for Notice
- Parties may file a Request for Notice electronically if the party has a pdf. A login/password is not required.
- Parties filing a Request for Notice electronically without a pdf must file the request through the CM/ECF system.
- This system should only be used by Creditors or Interested Parties.
- Attorney filers should file these through the CM/ECF system.
Instructions for e-filing a Request for Notice
- Go to the court's website at www.neb.uscourts.gov
- On the home page, Click on Creditor Request for Notice (eRQN)
- Click on File a Creditor Request For Notice
- Enter the applicable Case Number. (Leave the Name of Creditor blank)
- Check “redaction rules” box and Select Next
- Select the applicable creditor. NOTE: If the creditor is not listed on this screen, then select Creditor not listed (the next screen will require adding the creditor’s name and address).
- Verify the Debtor's name listed at the top of the form. (If the incorrect debtor name is listed, you will need to start over)
- If applicable, enter the creditor's name and address (this will only appear if the creditor was not selected in the previous screen)
- Select "yes" or "no" if this is a corrected or amended filing.
- If yes is selected, enter reason for amendment or correction in text box.
- Select Choose File and attach pdf.
- Enter the Verification Code in the text box.
- Click on Submit Request.
- A docket entry (#) will be provided, if the process was successful.
