United States Bankruptcy Court
Unclaimed Funds are monies paid by the bankruptcy trustee to the Bankruptcy clerk. The Bankruptcy clerk remains the custodian of the funds until the individual or entity who the funds are entitled, files and application to pay funds with the court.
(Effective August 1, 2013, only funds received for a claimant totaling more than $25 are included in this listing. Unclaimed funds received that are less than $25, can be found on a case docket filed as Transmittal of Funds or Report of Dividends.)
