Proposed Local Rules to Bankruptcy Bar

The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska has been working on revisions to our current Local Rules. The Revised Local Rules can be found on the Court's webpage at www.neb.uscourts.gov under "Important News" and Resources-->Local Rules-->Draft Local Rules. During your review, you will notice sections which have been highlighted. These highlighted sections note the modifications made to the Local Rules. Many of these changes reflect recent General Orders which have been incorporated into the Revised Local Rules.
Please review the Revised Local Rules and send your comments or suggestions to NEBml_LocalRulesComments@neb.uscourts.gov by Monday, April 12, 2010.
