INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
In an effort to clean up old, inactive accounts, any CM/ECF account that has not been accessed since March 1, 2011 will be deactivated and the account holder may be required to reapply for CM/ECF access with our district. If you are not a frequent user of our CM/ECF system and you wish to ensure that your account remains active, please login and change your password. (See Maintain your CM/ECF Account at www.neb.uscourts.gov - CM/ECF - Manual) If you have forgotten your login and/or password you may email Nebml_ecfaccess@neb.uscourts.gov to request that information.
PACER FEES
Effective April 1, 2012 the PACER fee increases from $.08 to $.10 per page. The document cap will remain at the cost of 30 pages and digital audio will continue to be billed at $2.40 per file. To lessen the impact of the increase, the Judicial Conference raised the quarterly exemption from $10 to $15 and suspended implementation of the fee increase for local, state, and federal government agencies for three years.
